“We have recently had the installation of our custom lounge unit completed. Our build was a bit trickier than some, with quite a few custom features. We wanted to provide some feedback on our overall experience with Stash.
We are very pleased with the quality of the final product. It is exactly what we wanted, and as best as we can judge the unit is built and installed very nicely. However, the main piece of feedback we would like to provide is about Stash staff. We dealt principally with Shannen during the design phase and Kevin during installation. Both were extremely friendly, polite, competent, punctual, and overall, very professional.
During installation, Kevin was extremely hardworking and displayed great attention to detail. When things didn’t quite work out with some door latches, he remade the doors and came back to fit them. Everything fits perfectly. He was great to deal with and left a very good impression of the company.
Shannen, who worked with us on the design, was outstanding. Always professional and friendly, she took the time to listen to us and understand what we wanted, noted down every detail of our somewhat unusual requirements, and included everything in the next iteration without fail. She also brought her eye for design to bear and gave us really good advice, which really improved the final product. She inspired a lot of confidence in the product, and we felt really comfortable with what we had ordered by the end of the design process.
